Fraud Prevention

For fraud prevention purposes there may be a delay in processing your order as we perform additional checks and occasionally we may request further information from you prior to releasing any goods if the billing address does not match the shipping address.

Additionally we will NOT ship to a delivery address that differs from the registered Pay Pal address unless we are able to verify that you are a customer with a history of ordering from us to your registered card address that dates back at least 3 months

Delivery Information

Dispatch details
Workwear Originals will dispatch your order within 5 working days of it being confirmed (7 days if paying by cheque). If an item is not in stock, you will be notified as to when it will be available. For any special orders which are indicated with a '*' you will receive notification as to when your order will be dispatched.

Delivery charges:
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for all orders over £70 (UK orders only).
UK: Delivery is charged at £3.99 per delivery regardless of the number of items within the order.
Europe: Delivery is charged at £6.49 per delivery regardless of the number of items within the order.
Rest Of World: Delivery is charged at £24.99 per delivery regardless of the number of items within the order.


Refunds & Exchanges

Returning Or Exchanging An Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt, excluding postage. Please e-mail enquires@workwearoriginals.com quoting your Order Number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. Then send both the Despatch Note and parcel to us using the Returns label provided.

Exchanging An Item
If you require an exchange for a different size/colour then simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. Please e-mail enquiries@workwearoriginals.com quoting your Order Number, your name and address and the details of the items you wish to exchange. Then send both the Despatch Note and parcel to us using the Returns label provided. Upon receipt we will exchange your items free of postage.


Faulty Or Wrong Item
If the item which you have received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail enquiries@workwearoriginals.com quoting your Order Number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. Please state whether you require a full refund or a replacement and then send both the Despatch Note and parcel to us using the Returns label provided. You have 90 (ninety) days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us and upon receipt we will issue a full refund, including postage, or exchange your item free of postage.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend sending the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Workware Originals in return for a full refund. Order cancellations must be e-mailed to us, quoting your Order Number in your e-mail, within 7 (seven) days to padocoretail@hotmail.co.uk or by post to the address shown.
Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. Any items are your responsibility until they reach us. As such, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service which can insure you for the value of the goods.

The item(s) must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and the RETURNS TAG attached.
